Cheese crackers with wasabi

Ingredients:
Flour – 1 glass
Salt – ? teaspoon
Wasabi paste – 1,5-2 tablespoons
Desi – 4 tablespoons
Grated cheese – 225 g
Water – 2-4 tablespoons

Preparation:
In the food processor shake up flour, salt, desi to friable crumb. Add grated cheese. Mix wasabi with 1-2 tablespoons of water and add this mix to dough.

Knead dough and wrap it in food wrap. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes (minimum).
Roll dough 3 mm thick. Cut out small crackers of any fallen in love form. Warm oven to 180 °C, lay out crackers on the baking tray laid by paper and bake 15-20 minutes till golden color. Cool. If taste of wasabi not too strong, mix crackers with dry powder of wasabi or give with paste.
