Small fish with surprise
Ingredients:
We take two approximately identical fillets of fish of about a grams 600
We do marinade:
250 ml of water,
2 Art. of l.uksus
100 ml of vegetable oil,
salt, pepper
We pickle our small fish of minutes 20-30
While the small fish is pickled we prepare stuffing
150 gr. Hard cheese
2 eggs
2 bulbs
1 bunch of parsley
Forcemeat Onions to cut, fry, to crush parsley, small to cut eggs.
Preparation:
To mix eggs, onions, parsley.
On the foil oiled to put one piece of fillet, to strew with grated cheese
then to put forcemeat layer,
again to strew with cheese and to cover with the second fillet.
(I still from above grease with mayonnaise, but it is not obligatory)
To close foil envelope, to lay out on baking tray and to bake in oven at temperature of 250 degrees of minutes of 20.
(This small fish it is possible to eat as hot and cold, it is pleasant to us cold more)
