Ingredients:

- Warm water – 1 glass

- Honey – 1 tablespoon

- Yeast powder – 2,25 teaspoons

- Salt – 1 teaspoon

- Flour – 3 glasses

- Olive oil

- Cheese (firm grades) – 140 g

- Garlic oil – 100 g

Preparation:

In big bowl mix water, honey and yeast. Leave for 5 minutes that yeast has started being activated. Add salt and flour. Knead dough. At the edges and dough oil bowl the olive. Close bowl food wrap or towel and leave dough to rise for hour.
