Shrimps with creamy and garlick sauce

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of the cleared shrimps
- 50 grams of desi
- 250 ml. cream
- juice of one small lemon
- 50 ml. white wine
- 6-7 segments of garlic
- parsley

Preparation:

1. On frying pan to dismiss desi, to add the garlic cut by plates and lemon juice. As soon as garlic blushes, to add cream and wine, to mix and bring to the boil.

2. To add shrimps and to extinguish about 10 minutes, then to get shrimps and to leave sauce to pine on slow fire, so far the amount of sauce not to be cut by half.
To switch off fire.

3. Again to lower shrimps in frying pan, to strew with small cut greens.
