Salmon with soy and honey sauce

Ingredients for 1-2 portions (on stake it is powerful 200gr) salmon/trout:

marinade:
4st.l. soy-bean sauce
1st.l. honey
ground by Chile sharp (to taste)
2 garlic gloves
2st.l. vegetable oil (it is better olive)
mix of pepper to taste

sesame sunflower seeds (optionally)

Preparation:

1. To pass garlic through press.
2. To remove all stones from fish.
3. To mix all ingredients for marinade (everything, except sesame sunflower seeds), to put in it slices of fish skin up. To leave so small fish to be pickled for about 30 min. at the room temperature, it is possible more long in the refrigerator.
4. To warm oven to 230gr. To turn fish skin down, to strew with sesame sunflower seeds and to send it to be baked together with the min. marinade on 12-15 (be guided on the oven).
On garnish vegetables, rice perfectly will approach.
