Salmon in sesame on pillow from zucchini.
Ingredients:
Fillet of salmon (salmon, trout) - 450 g
Soy-bean sauce - 30 ml
Sesame - 40 g
Vegetable oil - 15 ml
Zucchini - 600 g
Green onions - 50 g
Dried peel lemon grated - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 20 ml
Salt - ? teaspoons
The black pepper ground - ? teaspoons
Cream of 20-22% - 100 ml
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Portions: 4
Caloric content: 421 kcal for the portion
At fish remove bones with sharp knife to cut off skin. For this purpose fish put skin down and cut off fillet, having pressed fish to table fingers and holding knife parallel to table. Cut fillet without skin in not too small cubes and shift in soup plate.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy-bean sauce to fish, mix also to vsypta sesame. Still mix that it has evenly stuck to fish.
Put fish on the warmed frying pan so that between pieces there was empty seat.
Evenly fry till light golden color from all directions, then put fish aside.
Cut vegetable marrows in cubes in 1 cm and fry, stirring slowly, 5-7 minutes. Then add the cut green onions, small polished lemon dried peel and lemon juice. Salt and pepper, mix and prepare 1-2 minutes.
Pour in cream and take on fire still couple of minutes.
For giving on plate lay out vegetable marrows, from above put fish.
