Salad with herring orientally
For 4 portions
Herring – 1 piece;
Green salad – 150 gr.;
Water – 2 tbsps;
Sauce gelding – 1 tbsp;
Rice vinegar - 1 Art. of l
Rice wine – 1 tablespoon 4;
Mustard powder – 1 tbsp;
Miso soup bag - 1 piece;
Green onions - 5-6 feathers:
Wasabi - ? tsps;
Soy-bean sauce - 2 tablespoons;
Sesame - 2 tsps;
Vegetable oil - 2 tsps;
Herring to clean, separate fillet, to cut with small slices.
For preparation of marinade to add water to mustard powder, to stir, set aside for a while. Rice wine and gelding to pour in not big pan, properly to warm up. To mix rice vinegar, wasabi, soy-bean sauce with miso soup bag contents, to add mustard and heated-up wine with gelding.
To lower herring in marinade for 15-20 minutes.
To wash up and dry onions and lettuce leaves. To cut onions oblong rings. To cut salad largely and to lay out on dish, from above to lay out half of onions, further bed herring, we sprinkle marinade and vegetable oil. We strew ready-to-eat meal with the remained onions and slightly fried sesame.
