Pork chops with apples
Ingredients:
3 pork chops without bone
3-4 apples
1 garlic glove
30 g of leaves of fresh sage
3,75 glasses of water
1/8 glasses of sea salt
1/8 glasses of sugar
1 tablespoon of desi
2 tablespoons of sprinkling pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:
Begin with brine. Bring water to the boil and throw salt and sugar. Cook before their full dissolution. Remove from fire and add pepper and bunch of sage leaves. Lay out chops in package (with the lock) and pour in the brine which has cooled down there. Throw garlic glove and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Heat oven to 200 degrees. In big frying pan heat oil and lay out the kept waiting chops. Redden meat from both parties on 2 minutes on everyone till slightly golden-brown color. When chops are almost ready, shift them to plate and set aside for a while. On the same frying pan fry the cut apples on desi till golden color. Lay out sage and prepare still for about a minute. Return meat on frying pan, spoon shift apples from above to each chop. Put frying pan in oven for 5 minutes to readiness of meat. Give dish hot.
