Pie with coffee mousse
For dough:
- 50 g of desi
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 large egg
For mousse:
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in granules
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 4 yolks
- 320 ml of fat cream
- 12 g of sheet gelatine or
- 3 teaspoons of powder gelatin
Preparation:
1. To dissolve coffee in 2 tablespoons of boiled water and to leave to cool down.
2. To warm desi and to mix cocoa powder. To remove from fire, to dissolve, stirring slowly with sugar. To enter flour with baking powder, egg. To stir before obtaining the test. To distribute dough even layer on form bottom. To bake 10-12 minutes at 180 C. To cool.
3. From icing sugar and 4 tablespoons of water to weld thick syrup.
4. In bowl nimbus to shake up yolks and, without stopping shaking up, pouring in hot syrup. To shake up until weight becomes kremoobrazny.
5. To add gelatin to yolks and quickly to stir. To add the cooled-down coffee and to stir once again.
6. Separately to shake up fat cream to mix with egg cream.
7. To pour homogeneous mass in form with ready cake layer. To cool not less than 1 hour.
