Lakhmadzhun — flat cake with meat (Turkish cuisine)
Ingredients:
Flour - 250 g
Warm water - 160 ml
Yeast - 9 g
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons
Ground beef - 125 g
Broth - 3 tablespoons
Tomato - 1 piece
Paprika - 1 piece
Onions - 2 pieces
Garlic - 2 cloves
Parsley
Salt, pepper, caraway seeds, oregano, pepper flakes
Lemon - 1 piece
Preparation:
Stuffing:
Small cut onions, garlic, tomato. Fry on frying pan where in couple of minutes lay out forcemeat and bring it to readiness. Cut parsley and together with pepper, broth and spices add to forcemeat. Hold on fire, stirring slowly, to readiness of forcemeat. Cool.
Part with Testo:drozhzhi with sugar in warm water and then pour out over flour. Knead dough and leave for 20-40 minutes.
