Biscuit with lemon fondant, whipped cream and berries
Ingredients:
Usual biscuit (house or purchased)
Cream for beating – 470 ml
Sugar – ? glasses
Berries and fruit
Lemon dried peel
Fondant:
Sugar – ? glass
Desi – 4 tablespoons
Egg – 2 pieces
Starch – 1 tablespoon
Juice of 1 lemon
Milk – ? glasses
Salt pinch
Preparation:
Fondant:
