Hot Napoleon with potato and mushroom cream

Ingredients:

1 packaging of puff yeastless dough
4 small potatoes
150 ml of cream (the more fatly that more tasty)
1 large bulb
100 g of cheese
300 g of mushrooms
greens bunch
salt, pepper,
2 tablespoons raise. oils

Preparation:

1) To boil potatoes
2) To cut onions half rings and to fry 2-3 minutes on vegetable oil. We add mushrooms and we fry everything together until all water is evaporated. I took 300 g of the frozen forest!
3) To crumple potatoes in mashed potatoes with addition of hot cream.
4) We mix mushroom and potato masses. We add the greens which are small cut, we salt and we pepper. Properly we mix! Everything, the stuffing is ready.
5) To roll dough in thin layer and to cut on 3 or 4 rectangles! I had 2 leaves and there were 4 preparations if at you 1 - that is possible and on 3 parts! We stack on baking tray on 2 layers of dough and we bake at 200 gr. 12 minutes, they have to be reddened slightly.
6) We put 1 cake layer on baking tray, we coat it with cream. We strew with grated cheese... So we spread all layers - from above there will be cake layer. We do not coat it any more, and simply we strew with cheese!
7) We bake 5 more minutes at the same temperature.
