Gourmand pie with nuts and boiled condensed milk
Ingredients:
the milk condensed (boiled) - 1 bank (400 gr.);
eggs - 3 pieces;
walnuts - 1 glass;
baking powder - 1,5 chayn. spoons;
white flour - 2/3 glasses;
sugar - 1/3 glasses;
whole milk - 0,5 glasses;
prunes dried - 100 gr.
Preparation:
To break eggs in bowl. To add 2/3 banks of boiled condensed milk.
To shake up the mixer.
To pour sugar, flour and baking powder. Carefully to shake up everything.
To knead dough.
To add the prunes cut by small slices and the nuts fried chopped, and handful to leave for topping from above of pie. It is good to mix the mixer.
To pour dough in the form laid by parchment.
To put in the oven warmed up to the temperature of 180 °C for 30-35 minutes.
We prepare cream for pie: vtoruyu1/3 to dissolve parts of boiled condensed milk in the warmed-up whole milk.
To get ready cake layer from oven.
And so far it hot to cut lengthways that two parts have turned out. To cool and impregnate with cream.
Cake layers to lay one on another, to apply cream and from above to strew with the remained nuts. Very house pie with saturated taste of boiled condensed milk has turned out.
