Glazed cheese curds

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese (cottage cheese should be taken dry) — 400 g
Desi — 25 g
Cream (30% of fat content, but are possible also smaller) — 25 ml
Icing Sugar — 100-150 g
Chocolate — 100 g

Preparation:

1. We mix cottage cheese, cream, icing sugar and soft oil. Weight should not be liquid (the amount of oil and cream depends on humidity of cottage cheese)
2. To stick together balls, brusochka from weight. Will choose form what is pleasant to you more. To put in the freezer for about 10 - 15 minutes, meanwhile to prepare glaze.
3. To kindle chocolate with cream in micro in high-capacity. We get curd cakes from the freezer, we put in chocolate, we roll it from all directions and by means of 2 forks we get. We put on parchment paper. We put in cold.
