Fruit cake

Ingredients:

200 gr. wheat flour
200 gr. sugar
100 gr. desi
2 eggs
200 ml. milk
fruit on your taste (I took 1 kiwis, 2 apples, 1 pear)
2 bags of black tea

Preparation:

1. The glass of milk is heated (has to be moderately hot) and we lower in it tea bags.
2. We mix flour, sugar, razryzlitel
3. We kindle desi on water bath
4. To add milk to tea oil and it is careful, on one, we add eggs, better to mix the mixer
5. We mix everything with flour and sugar. We mix. Has to dough with consistence of liquid sour cream will turn out.
6. To oil form. To pour in it half of the received dough. To warm oven to 200 degrees. We bake about 10-15 minutes till slightly golden color.
7. We take out form and we spread fruit, then we fill in with leftover dough and we put in oven for 30-40 minutes. Somewhere in 15 minutes it is possible to strew pie with cane sugar.
