Finnish spinach soup
Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
3 tablespoons muik
200 g of spinach to scald and small to cut
salt pinch
sprinkling pepper
eggs, hard-boiled
Preparation:
1. Shake up milk with flour in kastryulka. Bring to the boil, continuing to shake up, then add the cut scalded spinach. Leave to cook about 10 minutes, then remove from fire and add spices.
2. Give with eggs, hard-boiled, and small loafs.
