Ingredients:

Egg sponge on sour cream:
2 eggs

Preparation:
To shake up eggs with sugar, to add sour cream, soda, flour and the kindled desi, to knead homogeneous dough, quite liquid. to pour out dough, in the middle to lay cottage cheese stuffing (for which to mix all components) on dough.
The cottage cheese stuffing can be powdered with berries and to put in not warmed oven for 30-35 min. at 180*C.
To cool ready pie a little in shape.

5. From above we put berries of dried cherry (it is possible to use any berries) on cottage cheese stuffing and we send to cold oven, then we expose temperature of 180 degrees and we bake pie of 35-40 minutes.
At pastries the cottage cheese stuffing falls down, and from dough sides turn out and pie has appearance of big cheese cake. Bon appetit!

Preparation:
1. Split mold for pastries with a diameter of 26 cm to oil and powder with flour. To shake up eggs by means of the mixer in magnificent foam, then to add sugar and vanilla sugar and again to shake up.
