Cheese croquets with almonds and mustard sauce

Ingredients:

Potatoes — 2 pieces
Egg — 1 piece
Milk — 45 ml
Cheese — 175 g
Parsley chopped — 2 tablespoons
Egg white — 2 pieces
Water — 105 ml
Bread crumbs — 300 g
Almonds — 50 g
Vegetable oil — to taste
Desi — 60 g
Wheat flour — 15 ml
Mustard — 5 ml
Cream — 60 ml
Salt — to taste
The black pepper ground — to taste
