Fantastic pie Pear Pleasure
Ingredients:
- 4 pears
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of desi
- 50 ml of water
- handful of walnuts (at desire)
- 300 g of desi
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- salt pinch
- 2 teaspoons with baking powder hill for dough
Preparation:
Clear pears of peel, cut lengthways on 4 parts and remove core.
On average fire add 100 g of sugar to frying pan, 50 ml of water and 50 g of desi. As soon as sugar is dissolved, add pears and mix, slightly shaking frying pan. Fruit will give juice, and it will turn caramel into the most improbable pear caramel sauce. The main thing to wait for light-golden color of caramel, and then at once to remove from fire. Set aside frying pan aside to cool down.
If you have electric mixer, it much more accelerates process, however, with the same success it is possible to prepare this pie, using nimbus.
In the beginning, soften 300 g of desi, shaking up it in big bowl. When it enough thaws and will become lighter and it is easier, add sugar and well shake up.
Then, gradually add eggs on one, mixing them to uniformity with dough.
Add salt pinch, baking powder and flour. Implicate flour in dough scapula until mix becomes homogeneous.
Lay out dough in form for roasting. From above lay pears in any style which will seem to you decorative, water from above with pear caramel and strew with the split walnuts if you have desire.
Bake pie in the oven warmed to 180 °C, 40 minutes.
As a result there will be remarkable dessert, light biscuit impregnated with caramel and gentle, still juicy pear.
