Corn in Mexican
Ingredients:
6 mealies
170 g of mayonnaise
120 g of hard cheese
Cayenne either Chile pepper or sweet paprika
Salt, to taste
2 limes
Fresh cilantro
Preparation:
Wet corn in leaves in water for 20 minutes. Heat grill on big temperature. Remove half of leaves from ear and fry mealies from all directions within about 25 minutes.
Remove corn from grill, lower leaves, grease the cleared ear with mayonnaise, generously powder with cheese, pepper and cilantro. Give with lime segment.
