Compote from apples and pears
Ingredients:
apples - one kilogram
pears - 600 grams
for syrup:
water - 1 l
sugar - 1,5-2 glasses
Preparation:
We will mix water with sugar, we will put on weak fire and we cook to full sugar remelting.
We will wash apples and pears, we will clear from serdtsevinok and we will slice. Then we will lay out in the sterilized one-liter jars layers on coat hanger and we will fill in with hot syrup.
To sterilize within 20 minutes then we will roll up the sterilized covers and we will put, upside down, on equal surface. Let's wrap up, we will leave in such situation before full cooling and to store in cool place.
