Chocolate mousse in the blender
Ingredients:
Chocolate – 200 g
Boiled water – 60 ml
Cream – 120 ml
Vanillin – ? teaspoons
Egg – 1 piece
Preparation:
Lay out small cut chocolate in the blender, fill in with boiled water and shake up about 30 seconds. Lay out other ingredients, shake up again. Pour on ice-cream bowls and put in the refrigerator minimum for 2 hours.
