Chicken legs in teriyaki sauce
Ingredients:
Chicken legs (hips) of 1 kg
5 Art. of l of dense teriyaki sauce
Garlic 3 cloves
1 Art. of l balsam vinegar
3 Art. of l vegetable oil
Black sprinkling pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Pink sprinkling pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 St water
Preparation:
1. Chicken legs to wash and dry.
2. In bowl to mix all ingredients for marinade. To put chicken legs in marinade and to mix. To leave in marinade chicken legs for the night, periodically stirring up bowl.
3. To put the pickled meat on the baking tray lined with foil and oiled by the olive. To add ? St of water on each side of baking sheet.
4. To close foil and to bake in previously warmed oven at temperature of 200 degrees of 30 minutes.
5. To open foil and to prepare 20 more minutes, watering with the formed juice. On garnish it is possible to serve potatoes fried in hot fan and any sauce on your taste or house adjika.
