Cheesecake Magic
Ingredients:
700 g of cottage cheese,
1 glass of raisin,
1 glass of sugar,
1 glass of sour cream,
40 g of gelatin,
3 glasses of pasteurized milk,
1 glass of kernels of walnuts,
vanilla - to taste,
2 tangerines,
2 kiwis,
tinned pineapples and peaches.
Way of preparation
1. To fill in gelatin with 1 glass of milk, to leave for 30-40 minutes for swelling, after to dismiss on weak fire in the remained hot milk, without bringing mix to the boil.
2. To fill in raisin with boiled water, to leave for 20-30 minutes, after to cast away on sieve, to dry. Largely to chop nuts.
3. Cottage cheese to wipe, mix with sugar, sour cream, raisin and nuts, to season to taste with vanilla. To add zheleyny mix, it is good to mix.
4. On bottom of split mold to lay out tangerine segments, to fill in with part of the prepared cottage cheese mix. From above to lay out kiwi circles, again to fill in with mix. To lay ringlets or slices of pineapple, to fill in with mix, to put layer of slices of peach, again to fill in with mix. To repeat layers 2-3 times. Fruit should not be stacked densely to each other that layers have better grabbed.
5. To clean pie in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, before full hardening. When giving at desire to strew with grated chocolate, coconut flakes.
