Cheese cakes

Ingredients:

Dough:
Flour – 2stakana
Sugar – 1stolovaya spoon
Margarine or vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Eggs – 1 piece
Yeast powder – 1,5 teaspoons
Salt – pinch
Milk – 0,5 glasses
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon. Stuffing:
Cottage cheese – 1pachka
Egg – 1 piece
Sugar – 1,5 tablespoons
Flour – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – small pinch

Preparation:

At first we will prepare dough. In bowl we pour 0,5 glasses of tepid milk, we add 1,5 teaspoons of yeast powder and we stir before dissolution of yeast.
We add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt pinch, the kindled and slightly lukewarm margarine or oil, well we mix and, gradually we pour flour, we knead dough.
We spread ready dough on table, slightly domeshivay manually, giving the form of sphere. Dough has to it will turn out elastic and not to stick to hands, but not too hard.
We put dough in bowl, we cover with film and we put in warm place for 1,5 – 2 hours that it would approach. When the volume of dough increases twice, we do knock-back and again we send to bowl baking plate film for 40 – 50 minutes. After this time slightly we oil table and hands vegetable and we spread dough on table, we press down it – dough is ready.
We roll dough in plait and we cut it on 10 approximately equal slices. We drive slices in balls and, slightly priplyushchivy, we spread on the oiled baking tray at distance not less than 5 centimeters from each other. We leave for rasstoyka for 5 – 10 minutes
While dough rasstaivatsya, we will prepare stuffing. We wipe 1 glass of cottage cheese through sieve, we add 1 egg, we mix, we add 1,5 tablespoons of sugar (who loves on more with pleasure, sugar add more), salt pinch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of flour, everything it is carefully mixed – the stuffing is ready.
For cheese cakes I used house cottage cheese which I do itself. But you can take the fat store only
By bottom of glass we do in the test of deepening and in deepenings by means of two spoons we put stuffing. As all love more cottage cheese in cheese cakes, I recommend to prepare double portion of stuffing and to make deepenings big glass. And if you are unaffected by cottage cheese, do one portion.
We cover cheese cakes with towel and we leave for rasstoyka for 20 – 25 minutes. In 20 – 25 minutes carefully we grease surface of cheese cakes with yolk and we send them to oven.
We bake at temperature of 200 degrees, 20 - 30 minutes. (but everything depends on your oven)
We get the baked cheese cakes and we allow to cool down. We give cheese cakes for breakfast with milk, tea or coffee. Appetite pleasant to you!
