Barmy donuts

Ingredients:

• 1 glass of milk
• 30 gr. desi
• 2 vitelluses
• 12 tbsps of flour
• 1 tbsps of granulated sugar
• 1 tbsps of icing sugar
• 30 gr. compressed yeast
• vegetable oil for frying
• salt pinch

Preparation:

In big bowl we sift flour (preliminary sifting of flour considerably increases splendor of products).
We add yeast to warm milk, we mix, we cover with towel and we put in warm place for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes to yeast and milk of dobavlyaea granulated sugar, salt, yolks is also shaken well up.
We add warmed up at the room temperature to softening (but not kindled) desi. Accurately it is also carefully mixed.
We pour in the received mix in sifted flour and we knead elastic dough. We cover dough with towel and we put in warm place for 40 minutes. Dough has to rise to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
We powder table with flour, we roll dough to thickness of 1 cm and dredging (glass and shot glass) we cut out donuts. We give to our future donuts which are cut out from dough rasstoyatsya for raising of 20-30 minutes.
We warm oil on deep frying pan or in pan. Oils for frying has to be so much that the donut has been submersed, at least, half. It is possible to take also bigger amount of oil. It is convenient to control the sufficient temperature of oil the slice of crude potatoes placed in it – as soon as potatoes start being reddened slightly, oil is ready to roasting of donuts.
We fry donuts to beautiful podrumyanivaniye with one, then on the other hand.
The barmy donuts fried from two parties it is spread on paper towel for removal of excessive oil. We powder with icing sugar and at once we give on table.
Donuts are always especially good when giving on table the hot – as they say, with heat, about heat.
