Ingredients:

On 12 pass vatrushechek

Preparation:

I did dough in the bread machine. It is possible to make in usual conditions: in warm water to dissolve yeast and sugar, to allow to stand minutes 10, then to add salt, kindled having merged. oil and flour - to knead soft dough, to put it in bowl. to cover with towel and to clean in warm place for 2 hours, it has to rise well.

To divide ready dough into 12 balls, to lay them on the baking tray laid by parchment and properly to press down core of each ball, to put on 2 tsps of jam.

To cover cheese cakes with towel and to put for 15-20 minutes for rasstoyka. Then to grease cheese cakes with mix of yolk and oil and to put in the oven warmed to 200-220 degrees - to bake 15-20 minutes. To shift ready cheese cakes to dish to cover with towel and to allow them to cool down. Tasty, soft, sweet vatrushechka are ready to tea drinking.
