Buckwheat cutlets with mushrooms (fast)
Ingredients:
1 glass of buckwheat
200–300 grams of mushrooms (champignons)
1 bulb
1 carrots
100 grams of rye bread
Garlic, greens, salt, For Mincemeat spices
Preparation:
1. To cool boiled buckwheat. To fry mushrooms on vegetable oil with onions and carrots.
2. To connect buckwheat and the fried mushrooms, to add the soaked bread, spices and greens, to mix (it is possible in the blender).
3. To make of buckwheat forcemeat of cutlet and to roll in in bread crumbs. To fry on vegetable oil.
Sauce to cutlets: fast Bechamel
HOW TO PREPARE SAUCE:
To part 50 grams of wheat flour in small amount of water and to fry thoroughly weight from flour on frying pan until the flour decolorizes. To add salt, nutmeg and teaspoon of juice of lemon to sauce.
