The stuffed potatoes
Ingredients:
400g potatoes
40ml vegetable oil
? tsps of grated nutmeg
50g desi
100g ham
1 onions
60g cream cheese
Potatoes to clear, cut in half and to cut out core, leaving walls 5 mm thick. I have not thought up anything better how to do it by teaspoon.
To fry the turned-out glasses on vegetable oil.
To boil core from potatoes in the added some salt water.
To merge water, to fill with nutmeg and oil, to pound.
To rub onions on grater and to cut small ham. To fry everything.
To mix everything with boiled potatoes.
To stuff glasses from potatoes with the prepared weight. To slice thin cheese and to put from above, each potato. To warm oven to 170 degrees. To bake potatoes at this temperature of 20-30 minutes.
