The baked potatoes

The baked potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large friable potatoes
1 tablespoons of sunflower oil

For stuffing:
100 g of Gouda cheese or cheddar
125 g are swept away
2 tablespoons of the crushed onions
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Warm oven to 200 °C (oven with convection to 180 °C). Lay baking tray paper for pastries. Carefully wash potatoes brush and dry blot it with paper towel. Put potatoes on baking tray and sprinkle sunflower oil. Bake in previously warmed oven about an hour.

2. Meanwhile grate cheese on large grater. Mix half of cheese, sour cream and tablespoon of the crushed onions. Salt and pepper.

3. Slightly cool potatoes. Cut off across from each potato slice about a centimeter thick. Carefully take out spoon the middle, having left walls thickness in centimeter. Shift pulp of potatoes in bowl and knead it fork. Mix with cheese, sour cream and onions.

4. Fill with the received weight potatoes. Strew with the remained cheese. Lay out potatoes on baking tray and bake in previously warmed oven of 15 minutes until cheese melts. Strew with the remained onions. Give hot.
