Lemon and coconut cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of the softened desi
1/2 glasses of sugar
1 teaspoon of dried peel of lemon
1 egg
1/2 glasses of coconut flakes
icing sugar
Preparation:
In average bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl shake up oil with sugar and dried peel. Hammer egg. Gradually to vsypta flour mix and coconut flakes. Put dough in the refrigerator at least for hour.
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Lay 2 baking sheets paper for pastries.
Stick together their dough small balls and roll in them in icing sugar. Lay out balls at sufficient distance from each other. Bake 15-18 minutes. Leave for couple of minutes in oven, and then get and let's cool down finally before giving.
