Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 gr creamy margarine
3/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cups of raisin
1/2 cups of kefir
2 cups of flour
1 full teaspoon of vanilla powder
bag (11 gr) baking powder
Preparation:
To kindle margarine in microwave - without allowing to thaw finally.
To pound margarine with sugar and eggs. To add kefir and raisin, to mix.
To mix flour, vanilla and baking powder, to sift in bowl with oil and egg mix. Carefully to knead.
To grease form (I bake in rectangular shape, 25х8х10 cm) with margarine and to powder through strainer with semolina. To shake excesses of semolina, having turned form.
It is necessary in order that cake has risen evenly, but did not slide off on form stenochka down.
To bake at 180 C about 50 min. In 10 min. prior to readiness I reduce temperature to 100 C and I include lower having blown.
Check, whether propyoksya cake, wooden shpazhechka.
Leave ready cake for 10 min. in shape, and then turn on tray. Strew with icing sugar.
