For dough:
250 gr torments
113 gr sliv.masla
1 egg
50 gr Sakha. powders
cold water - to steam of spoons
Preparation:
To pound oil with flour. To break egg, to add icing sugar and adding on one spoon of water, (at me 2 Art. of l have left) to knead dough (if it is necessary, it is possible to add still torments). To clean for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
For stuffing: to cut apples with small cubes (I have 4 averages of apple) and to fry on the sliv.masl with sugar to softness. (oils I added about a gram 40, and sugar to taste, watching on how many acid apples)
For crumb: 20 gr torments (or it is slightly more), 20 gr sugar, 20 gr sliv.masla.
To grind flour and oil hands in crumb, to add sugar, to mix
To roll dough in circle 0,5 cm thick. To lay out stuffing lagging behind edge on 1,5 cm.
To bend edges.
To bake at 180 gr 20-25 minutes. (I baked at 200 C to zarumyanivaniye)
It is possible to eat in warm look.
