The squids stuffed

Ingredients:

4 carcasses of squid, prepeeled
6 average eggs
300 g of champignons
small bunch of fennel
150 g of semihard cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms it is cut by plates, fennel is small cut, cheese we rub on grater.
In frying pan on average fire we warm 2 tbsps of vegetable oil. We put mushrooms and we fry, stirring slowly, to softness, about 5 minutes.

2. We break eggs in frying pan to mushrooms, we add salt and pepper. We fry, stirring eggs scapula until mix grabs, about 3 minutes. We add the cut greens and cheese, we mix.

3. We stuff with egg and mushroom mix of carcass of squids. We pin up toothpicks. We oil squids vegetable, we put in form and we send to the oven warmed to 200 degrees. We bake about 20 minutes.

4. We give hot or we cool, we slice and we give as snack.
