Rural pear spices pie under whipped cream

Ingredients:
Basis:
2 glasses of flour
? glasses of sugar
? teaspoons of salt
Cold desi – 170 g
Cold water – 6 tablespoons
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Almonds extract – 1 teaspoon
1 egg, for greasing
1 tablespoon of sugar, for powder

Preparation:
In kitchen kombayny mix flour, sugar and salt. Add desi cubes, water, vanillin and almond extract. Shake up within several minutes so far dough will not start being fastened. Lay out dough on land surface and knead it hands. Stick together disk and wrap it in food wrap. Put in the refrigerator on half an hour-hour. For now prepare stuffing.

Stuffing:
6 pears (4 one grades and 2 - another) cleared and cut

Almonds extract – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Starch – 2 tablespoons
Chopped almonds – 2 tablespoons

Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Grease form for pie with desi and lay paper for pastries.
In big bowl mix all ingredients for stuffing. Get dough from the refrigerator and it is thin roll. Shift in the prepared form, stretch wet hands that dough covered all bottom, form walls, and also got out for it. Fill in stuffing and close the hanging-down dough. Grease dough with frothed eggs and powder with sugar.
Bake about 50 minutes to golden-brown crust. Completely cool.

Whipped cream:
The beating cream cold – 225 g
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Almonds extract – 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
In bowl for the mixer shake up cream so far they will not start getting denser. Then add sugar and extract. Shake up to steady peaks and put in the refrigerator before giving of pie.
Giving:
Cut the cooled-down pie and from above lay out a little shaken up cream. Powder cut by almonds.
