Chicken with mushrooms or chicken bombochka
It will be required to you:
500 gr. chicken fillet,
300 gr. any mushrooms,
70 gr cheese,
3 tbsps of cream,
1 bulb,
salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
1. To cut mushrooms with cubes and to fry on vegetable oil with the crushed onions, at the end to salt and pepper. To add polished cheese and cream to mushrooms, to mix.
2. Chicken fillet to beat off, salt and pepper, to put mushroom forcemeat in the center, to curtail bombochka and to inwrap in foil (foil previously to oil vegetable). To bake in oven at temperature of 200 degrees of 30 minutes then to remove foil and to allow to be reddened 5-10 more minutes.
