Ingredients (form of 29 cm):
Dough:
300 g of flour
120 g of oil
100 g of sugar
1 egg
2 tbsps of milk
1/4 tsps of lemon dried peel
salt pinch
Stuffing:
250 g of soft cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsps of sugar
Berries, fruit on discretion:
(at me is these are 3 apricots, apple floor, there is some bilberry and blackberry)
Crumb:
40 g of flour
30 g of sugar
30 g of oil
Preparation:
1. To mix flour with sugar, salt, lemon dried peel, to add egg and milk.
2. Knife to crumble oil and to knead dough. Form to oil and strew with flour.
3. To roll dough according to the form size, to make sides. To leave part of test for partitions. To shake up fork egg. 2/3 to implicate in cottage cheese, to add sugar spoon there. To lay out the turned-out weight on dough.
