MEAT BAKED PUDDING. Favourite recipe of my mother. Any celebration did not do without this dish!

Simply tasty...

Ingredients:

potatoes (6sht),
forcemeat of svinina+govyadin (400g),
mushrooms (100-150g),
onions (1sht),
sour cream (1 glass),
egg,
garlic (2 segments),
salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Preparation: Potatoes to clear and slice the thin. To cut onions with half rings. To cut mushrooms with small cubes, to mix with forcemeat and to season with salt and pepper.

For gas station: to mix sour cream with the garlic passed through press, to add crude egg, salt, pepper and it is good to mix.

In the oiled form for roasting to lay out half of potatoes, to salt, pepper and from above to lay out onions.

On onions to lay out forcemeat with mushrooms.

To strew forcemeat with grated cheese.

From above to lay potatoes layer, to salt and pepper.

To fill in baked pudding with filling.

To bake in oven at temperature of 180-200 degrees of 40-60 min. In 5 min. prior to readiness to strew baked pudding with grated cheese.
