Chicken rolls with tomatoes and paprika
Ingredients:
chicken fillet of 550 g
2 tomatoes
1 red paprika
3st.l. vegetable oil
basil, nutmeg on 0,5ch.l.
Preparation:
1. To scald tomatoes, to husk, cut with cubes. To peel paprika of fruit stem and seeds and too to cut with cubes. On frying pan to pour 2 tbsps of vegetable oil and to put tomatoes with pepper, to salt, add nutmeg and basil and to extinguish 15 minutes on average fire
2. To cut chicken fillet lengthways (on length) in half. Each part to beat off, salt, pepper.
3. To lay stuffing on the beaten-off fillet and to curtail rolls
4. To grease antiprigarny baking sheet of 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, to lay rolls, from above (if remained), to spread out still stuffing
5. To bake in oven at temperature of 200 degrees of 40 minutes.
