Ingredients:
For activation of yeast:
? teaspoons of sugar
Flour – ? teaspoons
Water – 2 tablespoons
Yeast – 1,5 teaspoons
For dough:
Milk – ? glasses
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Salt – ? teaspoon

Desi – 1 tablespoon, kindled
Flour – 2 glasses
Stuffing:
Walnuts, ground or small cut – 1,5 glasses
Milk – ? glasses
Desi – 55-60 g
1 big vitellus which is slightly shaken up
Vanillin – ? teaspoons
Sugar – ? glasses
Cinnamon – ? teaspoons
Cardamom – ? teaspoons
In addition:
1 egg which is shaken up (to grease dough)
Mix of sugar, cinnamon and cardamom (to powder dough)
Preparation:
1. We activate yeast:
2. In small pan we mix sugar, flour and yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water. We close pan food wrap and we leave for 5 minutes.

4. In average pan bring to the boil milk, periodically stirring slowly. Slightly cool.
5. In the mixer shake up milk with 3 tablespoons of sugar and ? salt teaspoon.
6. Add frothed eggs, 1 tablespoon of the kindled oil and ready yeast.
7. Vsypte ? glasses of flour. Mix.
8. Continue to add gradually and other flour. Knead dough.
9. Lay out dough on chopping board and continue to mash dough hands, if necessary adding additional flour.
10. Lay out dough in the bowl greased with desi and close food wrap or pure towel. Leave for 90 minutes (approximately) in warm place that dough has increased in the amount of.
