House Ferrero Rocher
Ingredients:
Chocolate wafers - 100 g
Filbert - 150 g
Nutella - 200 g
Gorky (or milk) chocolate - 250 g
Preparation:
Heat oven to 180C. Dry nuts in oven of 8-10 minutes. Peel nuts hands or towel. Small cut nuts. Break wafer to average crumb. Mix wafers with nuts. Add nutella and fasten with hands. Stick together balls from 1 teaspoon of chocolate paste. If weight too liquid, put it for 15-20 minutes in the freezer. Put ready balls in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Kindle chocolate on water bath. Cool chocolate and dip each ball in mix. Candies have to stiffen - and smlo give to coffee.
