Recipe of Bounty
Ingredients:
Cream (20% of fat content) - 200 ml
Coconut flakes - 200 g
Milk chocolate - 300 g
Sugar - 80 g
Desi - 50 g
Preparation:
1. On slow fire we kindle desi, sugar and cream and we remove from fire. We add coconut flakes and it is carefully stirred. We give to stuffing the form and we clean in the freezer for 1 hour
2. Further we give baunt the form, cutting on necessary slices.
3. Now we will be engaged in glaze for this purpose on water bath we kindle chocolate. In order that it was not really dense - we will add a little vegetable oil
4. Further we get one bar from the freezer, we pin toothpick, and we dip into chocolate. We spread on plate and we wait will stiffen so far. We repeat the same and with other bars of baunta
5. For ornament it is possible to kindle also white chocolate and to make pattern. We clean in cold spot.
