Nougat in chocolate

Ingredients:

130 g of honey
400 g of sugar
2 egg whites
300 g of roasted almonds (it is desirable without thin skin)
250 g of chocolate (dark, white or milk on your choice)

Preparation:

We put honey and sugar in bucket and we pour in 50 ml of water. We put on fire and on average fire we bring to the boil. We cook about 10 minutes. Ready syrup has to pass test on soft ball. For this purpose drip a little syrup in cup with cold water - the drop has to stiffen, but thus remain soft. If you have thermometer for syrup - still more simply - it has to show 170 degrees.
While syrup cooks, we beat whites to rigid peaks.
We start pouring in ready syrup thin stream in protein whips, without stopping shaking up. We shake up before solidification of weight. We SHAKE UP LONG UNTIL BLADES of the MIXER START STICKING IN WEIGHT!
We add to the whites nuts and we mix.
The superficial baking tray or tray with sides is dimmed by parchment or foil and well oiled vegetable. We spread on it proteinaceous and nut mix and we level.
We put in the refrigerator and we allow to stiffen within 1 hour.
We cut the stiffened nougat on small slices.
Chocolate is kindled on water bath or in microwave.
We dip nougat slices in chocolate and we put on the tray laid by parchment.
We put in the refrigerator and we allow to stiffen within half an hour.
It is ready!
