Cocktail with limoncello and raspberry
Ingredients:
1 lemon
4 leaves of basil
6-8 berries of raspberry
Sugar – ? teaspoons
Limoncello – 15 ml
Lemon vodka – 30 ml
Champagne or sparkling wine (for upper layer)
Ice
Preparation:
Cut lemon on quarter. Use 2 quarters on 1 cocktail.
Carefully knead basil, raspberry, 2 quarters of lemon in glass. Lay out ice in glass, fill in limoncello, water, sugar (if use). Mix. Complete cocktail champagne.
