Sweet cookies on stick
Ingredients:
Desi of 110 g
Granulated sugar of 1 St.
Egg of 2 pieces.
Vanillin of 1 h. l.
Flour of 2,5 St.
Salt of 0,5 h. l.
Baking soda of 0,2 h. l.
Glaze of 60 ml
Confectionery toppings of 0,5 St.
Food color to taste
To shake up oil with sugar up to the cream weight.
To add eggs (on one, shaking up after addition of everyone).
To add vanillin. To shake up
In other bowl to mix flour, salt and soda.
To add flour mix to eggs with sugar. To shake up to homogeneous mass.
To lay out dough on greased leaf for pastries.
To bake at temperature of 190C 10-15 minutes until dough becomes golden. To check readiness toothpick.
Completely to cool.
To cut cutting torch for dough or knife on cookies of any form and the size (on your discretion).
To pass in each cookies on wooden stick for eskimo.
To put in heatresistant bowl tile of almond and vanilla glaze for pastries and to put in the microwave oven, will not thaw yet. At desire it is possible to add 3 drops of food color of any color.
To lay out glaze spoon on cookies and to decorate with multi-colored confectionery toppings.
To wait until glaze stiffens.
