Dessert The bilberry rhapsody

For bilberry layer ingredients:

400 gr house skim cheese,
1,5 stak bilberries,
100gr are swept away,
100ml milk,
vanilla,
icing sugar to taste.

Preparation:

To mix everything and properly to shake up by means of the blender.
1,5 St of l of gelatin to part in 70 ml of water, to warm up (without bringing to the boil!!!)
to add to curds, to shake up and lay out in form.
It is possible even previously in the refrigerator not to put it and will so quickly stiffen

For chocolate and creamy layer:

400 gr 25% are swept away,
150 ml of milk,
icing sugar to taste.

To mix everything and properly to shake up.
1,5 St of l of gelatin to part in water (see above)
To add gelatin to the swept-away mix, to shake up, we halve weight, to one half of mix it is added 2 St of l of cocoa. we pour out in form (stiffens within 5 min.)
Then we fill in white layer in form (if it has started stiffening it is possible to warm up or shake up slightly the blender)

Bilberry sauce:
0,5 stak bilberries
3 St of l of water,
1 h l of sugar,
1 h l of cognac (at will)
To bring to the boil, to boil 1 min., slightly to cool.
When giving to sauce dessert.
