Yogurt pie without pastries
Ingredients:
* the Natural yoghourt – 350 g
* Milk – 300 ml
* Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
* Gelatin – 40 g
* Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
* Sugar – 6 tablespoons
* Strawberry (fresh or frozen) – 200-250 g
Preparation:
1) Fill in gelatin (leave 5-10 g on strawberry puree) with milk, leave for about 15 minutes
2) Put on weak fire and heat, stirring slowly. Milk cannot allow to begin to boil
3) When gelatin is dissolved, remove from fire and let's cool down
4) In deep ware pour out yogurt, add sugar (3-4 tablespoons), lemon juice
5) Shake up all this the mixer as it is possible more long
6) In the turned-out mix thin stream pour in milk with gelatin, then once again carefully shake up
7) Cast the 3rd part of mix in separate capacity and add cocoa powder there, mix
8) Pour out this mix with cocoa in special uniform which is taken off, and ship in deep freeze for 12 minutes, then take out and there pour out the remained mix up to the end
9) Put in the freezer. Meanwhile, prepare from mashed potatoes strawberry: mix in the blender strawberry with sugar.
10) Take 50 g of water, add the remained gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat on slow fire, stirring slowly. Cool and pour in strawberry puree. Properly mix and pour out it in the stiffened yogurt mix the last layer.
