The stuffed legs

Ingredients:

- Chicken ham – 9 pieces.
- Big bulbs – 2 pieces.
- Big carrot – 1 piece.
- Champignons – 350 g
- Mayonnaise
- Egg – 1 piece.
- Fennel – 1 bunch
- Salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. To flay from chicken legs and to pull out bones, having left the tip. To pass chicken meat via the meat grinder. Onions and carrot small to cut, fry on desi till golden color. To cut mushrooms and to fry on strong fire.
2. To pass the fried onions, carrot and mushrooms via the meat grinder and to add to chicken forcemeat. Also to add crude egg, salt, pepper and small cut fennel to forcemeat. It is good to mix mix.

5. To cover legs with mayonnaise and to lay them on the baking tray oiled vegetable seam down. To warm oven to 200 degrees. To bake the stuffed legs in oven, having reduced temperature to 180 degrees of 45 minutes.
