The most tasty Limonchik pie
Ingredients:
— margarine — 250 g
— sugar — 3 tablespoons + glass (for stuffing)
— eggs — 1-2 pieces.
— sour cream — 0,5 glasses
— flour
— salt
— soda — ? h. l.
— lemon — 1 piece.
Preparation:
1. Margarine to kindle, add sugar, eggs, sour cream, salt and soda (to extinguish). To add flour and to knead dough of such density that it could be rolled.
2. To prepare stuffing. To fill in lemon with boiled water and to sustain 15 minutes. To pass via the meat grinder, together with dried peel, and to mix with glass of sugar.
3. To divide dough into 2 parts and to roll. To lay out one layer of dough in form for roasting, to make sides that the stuffing has not flowed out.
4. To lay out lemon stuffing, to cover with the second layer of dough and to zashchepit at the edges.
5. To bake pie to readiness.
