The mashed potatoes baked with cheese, onions and tomatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of potatoes
- 400 ml of milk
- 300 gr cheese
- 200 gr leek 10 gr desi for frying
- 2-3 garlic gloves
- salt, pepper, greens
- 1 tomato
- 4 tbsps of mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes with addition of garlic, pepper, salt and bay leaf to readiness, can even digest potato a little.
While potatoes cook, small cut leek, fry on desi.

2. Pour out fried onions in the boiling milk and right there switch off.
In milk with onions rub half of necessary cheese. And properly mix.

3. When potatoes were boiled, merge from it water, clean bay leaf and ceilings potatoes, having added to it mix of milk, onions and cheese. It is possible to add small cut fresh greens or to strew dry.

4. Oil baking tray or dish for roasting, lay out in it mashed potatoes.

5. Cut circles tomatoes and lay out from above mashed potatoes. Rub remained cheese, mix it with seasonings and mayonnaise.
Lay out over mashed potatoes with tomatoes.

6. Bake in oven at 190 degrees until the top blushes.
